GRADE Internet Tool version 12/2009
Sequence Analysis | Mutation List Analysis

Disclaimer:
All sequence interpretations are for research use only, not for diagnostic or clinical purposes! No clinical decision should be based only on the results of the HIV-GRADE Algorithm or on the other Algorithms you can choose for comparison. GRADE is an acronym for Genotypic Resistance-Algorithm DEutschland. The Internet Tool is based on the Stanford HIValg-Software.

Additional Algorithms: Select one or more of the previously published algorithms using the checkboxes below to compare their results to HIV-GRADE. Do not select more than 3 additional Algorithms (including geno2pheno) at one time, as this would render the output rather unreadable.

HIV-GRADE has the option to perform combination analysis for a nucleotide/nucleoside backbone. With the exception of quadruple nuke therapy (TZV+TDF), these are only partial therapies that always need to be combined with one or more additional drugs. Please check the box below if you want to use this feature.

geno2pheno: To integrate the results of geno2pheno in the Output, activate the checkbox below. geno2pheno data will be fetched over the internet, so the process will take up to some minutes.
